The most southern tip of Ibiza hosts since 2500 years the big saltlakes called “Las Salinas”. From where until nowadays the ¨white gold¨, the salt is being extracted. Over the past hundreds of years this area, including the surrounding hills, has become a unique habitat for flora and fauna. At the foot of one of the hills, right in the heart of this astonishing landscape, which has been declared National Park in 1991, lays Residencia Casa Munich. The old farmhouse dating back to the 17th century, stands amidst a 8000 m2 mediterranean garden and is the heart of our charming apartment complex. Many terraces invite you to sit down and watch the sunset over the saltlakes. Within a few minutes you reach the beautiful and clean bays with their magnificent sandy beaches of Salinas. Start your day with a delicious breakfast served at the pool until mid-day. And no matter what time of the day or night you feel for a cool drink, serve yourself at our well-stocked bar at the pool. Individuality, a friendly atmosphere and personal service are what we call "the main ingredients" at Residencia Casa Munich. Here you will also find an internet terminal at your disposal. If you prefer to use your own laptop to access the internet you can do so sitting at the pool, via WirelessLAN.

And there are only 6 km to change the idyllic quiet countryside of Residencia Casa Munich to the bustling old town of Ibiza with its famous nightlife and restaurants. The beaches nearby are tempting to practice any watersports like surfing, diving, jet ski, water ski or even chartering boat or yacht.

Each apartment varies in size and design and radiates a cosy and relaxed ambience. The interior is of elegant country style combined with all modern comfort, such as: Air conditioning, Satellite TV, Well-equipped kitchen, Underfloor heating for the cooler time of the year. The apartments are cleaned daily, except sundays, and on request we provide you with big beach towels as well.
Surroundings
Only five car minutes from Residencia Casa Munich you will find three of the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza. Las Salines beach meeting point for the international jet set, Es Cavallet beach well-known for its white sand and peace. and Playa d'en Bossa the largest sand beach of the island, approximate 3 km. long. In order to get all important information and recommendations for things to “see and do”, discovery and sightseeing just ask our staff at the reception.

Spoil yourself! Our wellness programme includes sauna, jacuzzi, massages (Relax, Hot Stone, Thai and Ayurveda) as well as manicure and pedicure. To take part in one of our yoga or fitness courses in spring or autumn, make sure to ask for more information in time. For our sportive clients we offer a tennis court. If you wish we organize you a personal trainer for fitness or yoga lessons.
